SnoreCoach and SnoreTrack by Huneo

SnoreCoach™ and SnoreTrack™

SnoreTrack is an Apple iPhone app which listens to you while you sleep and tracks your propensity to snore, your snore volume, and looks for specific snore patterns that have been shown to be associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).  Almost half the adult population snore at least occasionally.  Besides being annoying to sleep partners, snoring can be a sign of more serious health conditions.  About one third of men and one fifth of women who are habitual snorers suffer from OSA. While SnoreTrack is not a medical device and this application is not to be used for either diagnostics or screening for OSA, SnoreTrack does present the user with guidance on whether their snore patterns are consistent with snore patterns for people with mild, moderate, or severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

This app is for adults only.

SnoreCoach™

SnoreCoach takes the place of a sleep partner who elbows a snorer or does a "face-push" trying to get their partner to roll over and stop snoring.  SnoreCoach is a small wireless device that works hand-in-hand with SnoreTrack and helps to coach people to move to a side-sleep position if they are on their backs and start to snore.  SnoreCoach attaches to a t-shirt using a velcro patch mounted just under the collar in the center of the back.  SnoreCoach vibrates if the user is on their back and is snoring.  Back-sleeping snorers very quickly become trained to move to a side-sleep or prone sleeping position.  The SnoreCoach device uses Bluetooth Low Energy communications and can last for more than a year without a battery replacement.

About Privacy

Huneo employs sophisticated signal processing algorithms in order to isolate snore signals from other sounds that are generated within range of your iPhone. We DO NOT record conversations. We only record the sound power from which it is impossible to reconstruct the original sound. All tracking of snore and apnea events is done in strict compliance with the HIPPA Privacy Rule and other federal regulations concerned with security of patient data.
